NEX ("we," "our," or "us") provides a real-time hardware monitoring overlay. This policy explains how we treat data when you use our mobile application. We prioritize performance and privacy, collecting only what is necessary to maintain app functionality and monetization through official Google services.

02. Data Collection & Usage

We do not collect personal identifiers like names or emails. However, we utilize official Google SDKs that collect specific technical data:

• Google Play Billing: Processes purchase history to manage your "Spark Tier" lifetime access.
• AdMob: Collects Device IDs and approximate location to serve relevant rewarded advertisements.
• Performance Logs: Standard crash logs and diagnostics are collected to ensure system stability.

03. Data Security

All data handled by Google SDKs is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We do not store your hardware monitoring data (FPS, Temperature, RAM) on any external servers; this data is processed locally on your device in real-time.

04. Data Deletion

Because we do not use a custom account system, we do not store personal data on our own servers. You may request the reset of ad-related identifiers through your Android device settings.
